Terms of Service

Effective 31 October 2026

Cadence is a macOS calendar app made by Kush Agarwal. By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms. Cadence is offered free, for your own personal and business scheduling. You must use it with Google accounts you are allowed to use, and follow Google's terms and any rules set by your organisation. If you connect an Anthropic or OpenAI API key, you are responsible for that account, its costs, and following that provider's terms. Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, or use it to send spam or access calendars and email you aren't authorised to see. How Cadence handles your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Cadence is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It can make mistakes, and AI-written briefings, suggestions and auto-scheduled meetings may be inaccurate, so check anything important before you rely on it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed meetings, lost or changed events, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Cadence. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is zero. We may update the app or these terms, or stop offering Cadence, at any time. Continuing to use it after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
